Has anyone seen this video? MAAAAAADNESS :D
I saw it playing at an Autobarn store with 4 guys in heavily modded jap cars (R34 GTR, RX7, Supra and 530ph 200sx) going nuts on a really twisty circuit. They were sliding every corner and rubbing panels and generally having a ball.
I was so impressed I bought the DVD and found that the first half of the video is all about the WRX and EVO history with some more crazy racing action.
THe whole thing is in Japanese with An American Voice over guy and subtitles.
I highly recommend it to see how hi-po cars can really be muscled around. Every car has an in car camera and a pedal camera which highlights the skill involved with heel-toeing. They talk you through the good points and the bad with each car while sideways around any corner (and lookingf relaxed while they do it too!).
Unfortunately there is no Legacy action, but the Subaru's are well represented (they generally kick the Mitsu stuff everywhere) with the WRX.
It is well worth the $35 or so just to see the Mines R34 GTR and hearing how scared the drivers are when they are driving it flat out!
Check it out. I got it from Autobarn at Chadstone and have seen it at the Moorabbin and Frankston stores if you were wondering.
