I picked up the new RS on Firday last week. Heres some pics.

The car is a Dec 1991 Build. The odometre has about 60,000k, the engine etc about 75,000k and the body 180,000k. A lot of the parts are from a rally car.

It has a jap import Legacy STi engine/turbo/intercooler (including forged pistons etc) with full blueprint etc, close range gearbox, racing clutch, 3" turbo back exhaust with MRT dump pipe, heavy duty suspension, aftermarket sway bars (yet to measure them), AutoMetre boost guage, slotted DBA brake rotors and Ferodo racing pads.

Not in perfect condition, but will be once I've had a few months with it : )

Will post more pics when I get a chance. These are the only ones I managed before the fires came though : )

sweet ride dude! looks very nice and clean and sounds as if it would haul ass :D

keep us up to date with your findings and fixings ;)

Yeah its got some nice go fast bits on it... :D.. hey do u think ROC will still be held?

ROC should still be held providing they can clear out the dangerous trees in time. Certainly won't be the same though. Pretty much EVERY pine forest in the ACT has been burnt out. Theres none left.

The rally use to be held in amongst all the trees. If it is held this year, the cars will be running around in empty paddocks. Makes it better for spectators, you can actually see the cars!

That wouldn't happen to be Matt's old car ??

The box in that was in between my v3 RA box.. and a normal one.. so its nice and close.. but not to the point of being stupid..

The car looks wicked :)

It is that car that Matt built up :D Well picked!

I've got a bit of work to do on it before it can be classed as 'neat and tidy', but it's certainly on the way. First thing for it is an alarm though!
