Is this only 4 RS?

hi, I was wondering if this club was ONLY for RS Liberty's......I own a '98 RX and, well would like to find out more about the club...if u allow other Liberty models?

Dude,

I think is mainly for Turbo RS Libertys/Legacy's and the GT Legacy's of the earlier vintage ie Gen 1 and 2. You would have to wait for the site admin aka Jake or George to answer you query correctly and more accurately.

The more the merrier champ. :D I think the next cruise will be allowing some NA Liberties along for the ride if they so desire. As far as these forums go, we are predominantly RS drivers, but Legacy GT/RS/GT-B, NA Liberty drivers etc are welcome (J, G is that OK?).

Dont be affraid to ask questions, we dont bite. Unlike many other forums, we are a pretty friendly lot who take the piss rather than judge anyone.

Send a PM to Bosco or George[RST] if you want to check anything out membership wise.

If your wondering what the deal is with Club Nazi he has been known in the past to try to restrict who enters the club - if you browse some the General Discussion threads you will se what we mean! Wea ll just get on his back about it.

He wants the 89-92 Liberty RS sedan, Charcoal, slightly modified club with 17" wheel ONLY club to take effect soon :lol: .

TO keep him happy paint a black line on the bonnet to look like a bonnet scoop, or get one of the stick on scoops favoured by Excel drivers worldwide (I think you ge them from Clints Crazy Bargains!).

what can i say..your replies although greatly appreciated were about as clear as ??? (exactly). Honestly I've never been in a car club. although always into cars. No, its not a turbo but it is a rare gen. 3 quad cam..hence quadrx...and the only mods so far is a legacy gt bonet. I just purchased it last year after a pretty bad accident.
oh, one more thing, believe it or not, this is the first time i have been involved in a deep and meaningful discussion over the net.. so keep it simple 4 me. I also noticed the cruise on the 2nd March..again it states turbos only.. a subaru, is a subaru right? mods or no mods. I just like cars...and i like driving mine????

Go on the cruise, mate. Just drive with your window down and every time you change gears make the pssshhh sound like a BOV(Blow off valve). Nobody will know u don't have a turbo then. :roll:

Thanx markmcrs, but I think these guys are full on with the 'turbo thing'. I think I'll just sit this one out...but I think I have to b somwhere near there on the day of the cruise :mrgreen: what a coincidence!!!!. As far as the BOV sound....no offence, but I hate that sound.

QuadRX, at this stage the cruise's will only be for turbo Liberty's/Legacy's, but you are more than welcome on these forums as we would like to hear about your car and im sure you will learn heaps from 'some' of the guys/girls in here.....i know i have learnt heaps.

This is just for now as we would like to keep the club fairly exclusive for the time being. We plan to have some open cruises coming up, which most cars will be welcome on :wink:

So sorry dude, i know there is no club just for Liberty's atm :cry:

Maybe u could get a ride in someone's car if your keen to go on the cruise. There's more than a 50/50 chance that I will head over from adelaide to attend as it sounds like it will be awesome. If I do, u are more than welcome to jump in my car-the local knowledge would be handy. If not, someone else might offer.
