The wrx bonnot scoop looks ghey, although, sti motor, looks like a version V(my99)
No reversed intake manifold :P. If your going to loose your a/c, atleast loose it for an advantage
I don't see the filter getting much cold air from that location either
he also lost his cruise control

Its a little over done... I mean who goes to that extent with a car.. to NOT fit a front bumper ? its in his To do list..

Its motor is definitely the goods though it has everything done to it.. so should be a bit of a shit storm :)

Sadly there isn't too many options.. mine looks stealthy as at the moment.. but fk stealth.. if I wanted stealth I would have painted it black :)

The guys pipe work is a mess bigtime..

The intercooler is a stocko r33 gtr cooler... they're 600x300 speshal.. so the same size as yours or bigger ? but not as thick..

any bigger than 600x300x75mm you're asking for problems..

Sadly liberty's have a big overhang from the point of where the cooler sits... so it doesn't look right where some dudes can just cut away their bumper and have the cooler sitting level..

I loved driving without a bumper... but the cops gave me a little too much attention :)

owww yeah!!.. thats just the way i like it... so u removed the the front water intercooler and the aircon cooler is sitting behind the front mount yeah??

The air con condenser sits behind there with no problems... all is good..

Only downside is.. the passenger side foglight had to be removed.. so I have some smaller foglights that I am going to throw in there.. similar sized globe and all.. just the backing of the liberty' ones is HUGE !

Is that cause u used the piping off a MY01 rex.. or just casue the cooler so wide?

Why not run with no foglights? It'd be a bit of a task to get lights that fit good.

George - if you ran with the piping at the top of the cooler, you might be able to keep the foglights. I ran with it at the bottom, but the shiney piping looks tougher than the fogliths, depends what look your going for I spose :)

The piping was off a 00 :)

and no.. its just because the outlet.. is at the bottom to make it into the inner quarter... so the pipe has to have a 45 degree bend on it..

even SPESHAL's piping doesn't allow him to have foggies..

it looks the shiz stealthly :) . Have you thought about the series one front bar? It looks to have a bigger opening and plus you should be able to mount the series two foggies in the bigger OEM holes..

Is it just me, or does anyone else reckon that NZ RS with the chameleon paintjob & STi wanker-paint on the cooler looks absolutely awful?
The wheels look like they came out of a 20 cent lucky dip, the front is hideous & the paint job is questionable at best.
The engine bay looks good & i'm sure the car goes hard, but how much money did he waste on turning a good looking RS into a jokemobile?????
Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth (2.6 cents in NZ) :wink:

Hi guys this is my first post so u all will probly think im a nooby twat but i got mad reading this post on the show rs.I feel u guys should quit dissing this dude for what he has achieved with his rs when really it is probly the phattest example i have seen and what all u guys should respect.If u saw this car cruising down the road towards u your heads would snap round so fast u would get whip lash and your jaw would drop and all your woman in ur sad ride would get all wet.As a kiwi rs owner i look up to this ride and rekon u cats should as well instead of bagging what u covert :oops:

As you may know Capa used to make a superchager kit for the 2.2. The superchager would take the place of the alt and that was a problem for the aircon. What they done was made a braket that was beside the aircon next to or in place of the battery that kept the air con in its place but moved the alt.

I did enquire about the bracket but the kit was cancel due to the lack of interest. I have the mag article if anyone is interested in seeing it and the pics. I will personally email it unless someone would be kind enough to put it up here.
