Attatching photos

I am not very computer literate and need help.
How do you attatch pictures or photos onto a post???
Say you have a hotmail photo open on another page, how do you transfer it?

you need to have the picture uploaded to webspace, as in you cant just attatch a pic from your computer.
If you send the pic to George|RST| he will host(upload) it for you so you can then use the link (URL eg. www.pic.com/evadescar.jpg)
then all you have to do is hit the Img button at the top of the reply screen and paste the link in and then close the link by hitting the Img button again.
