Me and the ball and chain (dont tell her i said that!) are starting to look for a place down my way ie anywhere between Oakleigh South and Sandringham... if you could find us a nice 40sq house with 4 car lockup garage, ocean views, big yard and only 300 grand or so it would be ace!
