Just thought, seeing as there's quite a few of us on here, that we could all list what we do, so that we can help each other out.

I'll start off: I'm a draftsman so if you need any designs for housing, factories, extensions, fences, sheds, or anything else that needs town planning approval, give me a yell!

And please boys. NO 1800 numbers!

CHIROPRACTOR

For ALL of your health needs and if you want something more than just a rub that temporarily takes away the pain (hey geoff :D ). Although i can't offer the "hand relief/ happy ending" that i hear Geoff does  I do do massage and trigger point therapy but then have a look at and treat WHY the muscles got that tight in the first place so that they don't get that way again. If you consider that every muscle and organ in your body is linked to the spine you will soon see why a spine that isn't moving correctly can affect many other areas. For example we have treated indigestion, asthma, foot pain, knee pain, headache, tennis elbow etc the is list goes on and all coming from a spinal problem. I can't offer guarantees but we have had patients with these conditions that have resolved.

We don't just do spines, we are qualified and capable of assessing and treating any area of your body!

Tell you what i'm gonna do.... ANYONE from the RS Club that would like to come down i'll do your initial consultation ($50) for the price of a regular consult ($35).

Even you Geoff, we have several massage therapists/ naturopaths/ accupunturists etc etc as patients.

Hi, I work for a research and testing laboratory. We test alot of car parts, and many other things in the building, transport, aviation, armed forces, even for the boys in blue. and many other weird and wonderful stuff.
Unfortunatelly we only comply to Australians standards so I dont see anything from overseas manufacturers. But I do get to see brand new holden, and ford things.
Sometimes they send extra things so I get to keep a lot of stuff...so I ask I might have something u need.

I'm a sales rep for- DVS shoe company ; Lakai Limited Footwear ; Juice clothing ; Illume clothing ; Smith Optics (sunnies + snow goggles) ; Cortech wheels. All Skateboard/surf/snow related,I was sponsored by all these companies for skateboarding, then realising it is a joke to try and make a living from being pro in australia and not having the money to travell o.s. (as well as being not good enough & too old) - fell into rep position somehow.
They all still sponsor me, dont know why they havent officially booted me from team list yet, I hardly skate anymore & havn't had a photo in a mag for about a year - bar the odd advertisment, but that doesnt count, its paid to be in there. Cant complain, free shit every month + a paycheck.
I am more than happy to swap proddy for services on my car, I am mechanically retardated and am unable to fix on a lib myself. I have only just got my head around the ea81 engine in the 83 MY Touring wagon.
DVS shoes are about to blow up in a big way because our rival company (D.C.shoe CO usa) Are sold out bitches - they have just been bought out by Quicksilver. They will whore this label out to whoever they can and you will see them sold in Target one day.

If an australian had a same sex partner and wanted to move with said partner into the country, would citizenship be possible?

The Scribe
10th December 2004, 09:07 AM
oooh... i'll get back to you... same sex partner stuff is tricky...
Obviously they would need to satisy the usual prerequisites of citizenship... would they be entering Aust. on the basis of being in a de facto relationship with an Aust citizen?
Or would they enter on their own accord? ie business skills, student, etc?

I am looking for a bit of extra work on the side. I am a structural engineer, and graduated 2.5 years ago, hence my rates are pretty cheap. Had a lot of experience in all sorts of structural and civil design, from housing, up to multi-storey blocks.

I am offering my services to any members, maybe looking to build a house, shed, anything like that. I may be able to help.

If anyone is interested PM or email me and we can go from there. I would have to look at each project on a case by case basis.

Have done building apprenticeship, 1 yr off qualifying as architect and finished Ba Property & Construction.

Love to solve problems of a structural nature, and love to tinker. Pretty handy with construction issues, hopeless on cars (but understands principles behind them). Sounds like "understand boats, acknowledge laws of displacment (they sink).

Cheers.

Last year I completed my Psychological Therapy degree majoring in Psychoanalysis. So I'm half Analyst, half Therapist. I'm now a fully qualified Analrapyst and would gladly take on anyone from the RSLC as one of my patients. I generally only do kids but I'll make an exception for any club members, if you have kids of your own I will do them. I work very hard, I put my blood sweat and tears into this job but I get a lot in return, more than I give really. Feel free to drop by my office any time if you want to see first hand what I do, if you're nice you might get a free session.

I work in Cadastre (mapping and such) for a company that's contracted by a certain telco that used to have a mexican dude as a CEO
i can look up personal details of each and every one of you ;)
but i won't... (i'd probably get fired if it wasn't related to a job i was given)

also used to be an Engineering designer for a company that makes heating elements, so learnt a lot about electronics and such, if anyone has a blown element in an oven, bain marie, warming cabinet or anything else that gets hot i guess, pm me
i can see if i can hook you up with sources that would be cheaper than sourcing it from an appliance repair shop

G'day,
I'm a welder on northside Bris, throw me a PM if you need any work done.
I'm also a steelfixer but be buggered if I'd do that after knocking off for the day!

Just a bad taste aside - Rallyeee, full respect for the work you do, truly, but when I read
"I'm now a fully qualified Analrapyst and would gladly take on anyone from the RSLC as one of my patients."
I had to read it twice!!! Unfortunate title.
