chrome rimes are grounds for concern... wheras chrome tint back 3 years ago was something different, sadly some people object to people doing shit differently..

is chrome tints illegal?
I was told that any reflective tint is illegal in NSW. dont know about the other states though.

Yes its technically illegal..

However due to it not impairing more than 30% of the visible surface of the glass, you could dispute it...

I know I got a lot of warnings..

The rule says that any tint should not be more reflective than normal glass and should have at least 70% light transmittance... i was just reading it the other day :D
