Dear All!
I am one of the organisers of the Cruise4ACure fundraising events for the Leukaemia Foundation. (Please refer to specific thread on Cruise4ACure)
An opportunity has arised for Cruise4ACure to book an Emporium suite at The Chase for the Bob Janes Bathurst 1000 for 45 people. October 7-10 2004.
The Emporium Suites are located on the outside Chase and offer you and your guests the ultimate in entertaining. These suites have panoramic viewing overlooking the track whilst you and your guests watch the V8 Supercars break into the Caltex Chase at more than 290km/h.
All suites have private balconies, fully air-conditioned and have TV monitors.
Benefits include:
Four (4) day corporate passes providing entry to the suite on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including access into the Paddock from 7.00am - 7.00pm
Television monitors to catch all the on track action
One (1) reserved car park per guest per day
One (1) souvenir program per person
One (1) souvenir gift per person
At this point in time the expense would range from
$600 dollars p/p if we are unable to be sponsored, down to around
$400pp if we are sponsored. (I am expecting the cost to come in between these figures)
All money raised goes to the Leukaemia Foundation!
The is no better additional excuse to get to Bathurst than you are doing it for the Kids!
I appreciate it is late notic, however the opportunity has only just arrived.
This is a great opportunity to get you butt on a great seat for the great race!
Don't forget that many of your clients would love the opportunity to get to Bathurst, without the potential issues of Mud etc.
