my mate and i cant decide who is right, what difrences is there with my99 my 00 wrx, mechanical and cosmetic changes inside and out, not much difrence, but he wants to buy one, and just wondering and i told him but just makin sure i got all of them, also is there any mechanical change to the bugeye from this model? thanks

MY00 WRX computer runs a bit richer than 99, therefore 99 standard computer has more 'powerful' tune. 00 has colour coded mirrors, (yes, povo WRX finally caught up to RS), not sure about 99.

I think the rims went from 5 spoke to 6 spoke too :)

MY99 has 5 spoke 16s and the MY00 has 17s

Nah the MY00 doesnt have 17's. Just the design changed didnt it? (of the wheels)

The MY01 had the current 17' design but in silver.

00 had 6 spoke 16's

01+ had 17's
