Very cheap. I'd say if you know its brand new and not to hot to touch, go for it.

sounds like a pretty good buy tim. but considering you can get them for $600 with low ks on them... is it worth spending the extra $200?

are these better than a td04-td05, as they are cheaper again, dont know if they can be used with standard ecu though.

They are somewhere between a TD04 and TD05 in terms of power delivery.

Paddo agreed if you know the history of the turbo but with a new one you have a guarantee. Considering these are over $1600 new from MRT anything under $1000 sounds like a steal to me.

Yeah it sounds stolen lol, the 24 will be a good upgrade for ur car i think, TD05 with factory stall mite be a bit lardy around town (you could always keep to above 3k tho) Go for it

if you have the turbo inspected and its all in good order, wheres the problem?

Well unfortunately I was up the coast away from a PC and the auction finished at 5:00am this morning. The turbo went for $750 and it was brand new. Actually a performance shop in the US cutting down on inventory at a loss.

will the 24 have much effect over the std liberty turbo, i can get my old man's for 500, its done 60,000kms. i will prob run 16psi through it, maby more, i also have a sti engine going in with strenghtend pistons, full zorst, air intake ansd link. is it a worthy investment, cheers

if i were you I'd spend the extra cash and buy something bigger. you have the engine for it so why not run some serious boost? vf22 or a vf34 and run it on 20psi..
you'll make 200 atw then ;)

i think i can get vf34's for $1000, but yer i think ya right, i will wait a lil while once da engine is in, pay a bit more of the car off then slap a vf34 on, would this with my other mods seriously make 200atw??? running 20psi of boost??? i recon a new gearbox would b needed very soon after if that is the case however i am preety easy on the clutch cause i know they r weak.
