I've got a 2000 Legacy B4 (TT). I've only had it a couple of months so I can't really comment on its reliability yet. My Legacy was actually a NZ import. The guy I bought it off went to NZ to purchase one new off the floor at a Subaru dealership and shipped it back here where he had it complianced. He did tell me that it had never let him down in the 4 years he owned it, (although he is a 56 yo dentist, so I doubt he drove it hard  )
Can't answer your q on the RS sunroof though, my guess would be yes.

The Aussie RS came with a sunroof, which came with ABS as well in the extras option. Not too sure about the wagons, as ive never seen an RS wagon with a sunroof, but the sedans definitely do.

The TT Subarus are as reliable as any Subaru, which is very reliable. If you do a search on the forums, there are many threads dedicated to the pros and cons of the TT.

All Legacys are imported. The TT came to Australia in a Liberty B4 sedan in 2001. Before that, all TT's are imports.
