A few of the posts in Desktops got me thinkin about the snow season.. i'll be down the snow working Falls Creek for the season as an Instructor any on here goin to Falls this season??

I might come across this season.
I haven't been to Falls in a while, as I prefer Hotham.
And I tend to go to Buller a bit as its close to the city.

I really, really want to go up to either Hotham or Falls this year, but I shattered my shoulder a little while ago and can't risk falling on it or it'll probably turn to powder :(

Have a blast whoever goes up, and remember Suby pics look great in the white snow! That and awd is fun...

yeah i've headed up to hotham for the passed couple of years with mates. And before that i'd usually head to buller. So i think it'll be hotham again this year, but i just found out i have Osteitis Pubis and split cartiladge in my hip so i don't know if i'll be able to hit the slopes on the snowboard... :(

Driving in that is fun!!!

Last year a couple of weeks before opening weekend it bucketed down and we hit it with the bikes and the ski's. But driving the subie to half way up the summit was much more fun!!!!!!

My best mate and I usually go skiing/boarding every w/e as its only 35 mins away! We also head to Falls and Hotham every coupla years and try for ENZED every 5 or so.

Thomas, while you are over there make sure you check out a certain company called Harris Mountain Heliski! You wont regret it!

i doubt it'll happen mickey, even koppa who worked 3 full seasons at hotham couldnt hook me up with a pass... they're tighter than a nun on tix...

FUck yeah snow is going to be awesome this year. I am heading down to perisher for UNI week 17th-23rd July and staying at the station resort as i do every year. Also my g/f has a place in falls i dont know what it is called but you catch a lift up on the right pretty much to the front door. I will let you guys know when we are heading down....

Heading back to NZ at the end of August for a week and going to stay in Wanaka. Definately bustin out the credit card to visit Harris Mountain Heli again. Oh so worth the cash. :D

But it wouldn't have been as dry and fluffy as the fresh 1m+ of pow pow most mornings in Japan in Feb!!!!
