If you've ever wondered what would happen if a gold RS Turbo was to hit a Hilux 4WD at about 60kms each, then here's a few photos that will help clear it up. :(

But at least no one was hurt, I had my wife and dog with me and the other guy had his pregnant wife and family...sheeesh, lucky people!

Glad to say it's all fully insured and given the fact that the body was twisted, I'd say it's going to be written off. I had already been thinking about going back to a wagon and my wife has never felt safe in the car, so it's a sign to get something I can behave in a bit more. Maybe a Forester GT with upgrade motor, BB-turbo and FMIC? ;)

Twas a case of seeing the lights change to orange just up ahead and deciding to push through rather than stop. The 4WD was coming the other way towards me and decided to turn right, across my path. He either ran a red arrow or decided to turn on the green and take the risk. I tried swerving around his ass at the last millisecond, but it was too big and straight in front of me. My left corner took all the impact and demolished his rear wheel and suspension and sent him for a little spin. I think he did a good 270degs before stopping and luckily didn't hit anything else.

Mmm, if only I hadn't changed my clogged up panel filter for a fresh Pod, my car would have been sluggish and he would have made it through! :wink:

As a minor consolation prize/trophy, I now have a nice gold RS grill centre, complete with badge, sitting on top of my T.V at home! A bit scratched up, but otherwise intact!

Anyway, thanks for the well wishes, guys, appreciated.

P.S: Already found a Foz GT up for sale, will check it out on the weekend. :)
