I was as shocked as to see it for sale..
I asked the new owner, he has been given a new company car, and doesnt have the room for two cars.. so the lib has to go...
I wish I had the cash to buy it back..
but I have a piece of **** maroon rs wasting all my cash..

what made you sell it in the first place kurupt? seeing as you seem to have bought the same car again?

fastrack,
I sold the car with the intention of buying a lexus...
After selling the car I realised I didnt want to get into debt, as I realised it would lock me into my current job..
So I searched for cars around the same price range, and couldnt find a car that offered as much as an RS for the cash I had...
I regret selling it now.. as Ive now got a car with a lot less than what I had...
but now I have a sunroof :)

Wisher
31st August 2005, 02:58 PM
yeah its exactly what i expected, no suprises, i had talked to the owner alot before going up to syd, hes a really good bloke, so i knew what to expect...
car is very well built with no chap parts, all very well thaught out...
the new rims will be on this weekend hopefully, some 17" gmax m-111, other than that, car dosent NEED anything, but there will be a few subtle changes looks wise...
i had it dyno'd and make 180kw @ the wheels on 15pis on a dynapack dyno last weekend. also made 148kw on 10psi...
overall very happy with it

Wisher,
I always made sure I used the best quality stuff on that car.. as it was my baby, and I never intended on getting rid of it.. however circumstances in life changed..
The dyno figures are a little higher than what it read on a dyno dynamics dyno.. but still about the same :)
Wisher
31st August 2005, 03:25 PM
yeah, very well built mate...
it had a bit of a tune while it was on there to try and make it start a bit better in the cold ect, but dyno's are anything but consistant...
what figures did you get out of interest? and what size injectiors are on it 2?

The last time I ran it, it made 178kw@wheels on 18psi on a dyno dynamics dyno, in 4th gear..
The injectors are 440cca..
You will find the tune in it to be very fukn good.. as my tuner is one of the best microtech tuners I know..
