I feel tired and worn out just thinking about how much time and effort you put into both those cars.

they both look like they just rolled off the factory floor, lots of time and effort to produce an immaculate set of twins, well done!

This is what I keep saying about conversions, it is how much work that goes into them that shows up at the end of the day. Whack it together and it looks whacked together, build it with attention to detail and care and it will look and drive brilliantly.

Which one drives better Legalcy. /cat amonst pidgeons.

Thanks for all the positive feedback everyone. In answer to your question Al,I'm going to straddle the fence a bit. They both have plus' and minus',can't really separate them.Missus loves the conversion and I like the RS.

Seen both of them in the flesh, both are immaculate.
Ian, you must have some photos of your other wagons from previous ownership and in the extended family to show off?
Now just to bring the white wagon out for a S.E. QLD cruise sometime....

Thanks Tim.This is an old photo from when my son & daughter were both home for a weekend,at the same time.Son got me started on these after I first drove his.I owned WGN 20T for nearly 2 yrs, sold it to my daughter, really missed it so I built the conversion, later bought the white RS wgn.
Cheers Ian.

Love this thread. :tu
Great motivation for me finishing off my RS Wagon. Can I ask what height king springs you have on the white wagon. Lows or Super Lows. Just gives me a gauge on what my RS Wags would look like if I got kings.

Cheers

awesome. must be great to be able to jump in the car each time (any of the 4 of them) and appreciate how much work you've put in!

14 months later I finally reply, lol.Sorry,I must have missed this when axle asked it.
FWIW,I'm running King Springs in both wagons,KSFL-04 fronts and KSRL-07 rears, took the Fulcrum coilovers out of the missus wagon, found them a bit too firm,(they're still hanging up in the shed if anyone wants to throw me an offer, they've done 40k km,factory lowered 30mm,cost $1500 new.)

nice rides there, wagons FTW! RS wagons are so useful and still fun to drive - makes me miss mine even more, especially after I saw it driving around the other day. luckily my wife drives a forester gt for the reliable with space, while I've got the classic MY99 wrx
