Welcome mate.

If i were you i'd focus my time/money/energy on the handling/braking aspects of the car until you have had enough driving experience and then look towards maybe a turbo conversion if thats something that tickles your fancy.

Take care of it and it'll last you a while. They are a reliable car and 180,000km isn't huge mileage. Some on here have over 300,000km and are still going strong.

Welcome mate, try your best not to use sms speach, its gay.
As for your wagon, easy upgrades are straight swap wrx suspension and brakes, and a good set of tyres. that and a strut brace or 2, and your pretty much golden until you bolt on a hairdryer mate.
You will find plenty of info in the tech section, and with a lot fo the members, as well as a mix of homosexual innuendo and stupidity. welcome to RSLC :)

welcome mate , dan is king of homosexual innuendo
and for once is right in saying wrx bu=its fit, pretty much everything in the driveline / under carriage is the same. i wouldnt bother doing anything major to the ej22, just enjoy it while you have it. then when your ready ( or so the gov say) turbo time! either with a legacy or wrx half cut.

Acutally if you really got into to it you could add some volvo valves , backwards porsche gearbox , supercharger and 800L injectors , just for that little bit of extra power .. oh and commodore stuff bolts straight on!!

Jokes mate , WRX stuff is the way to go.. swaybars, suspension, strutbraces, body braces anything you can get to stiffen it up will save you many headaches later on! :tu

Enjoy your stay , there is a wealth of knowledge here!
