I just need to put another throttle body on the plenum, went with the before the sc idea but its too laggy. Has methanol injection and an sm4 in it now. Going to a td05 20g or a td06 25g if i can fit it because the guinnea pig td04 is restricting the shit out of it

Eveything on this car has been made backyard style including the manifold. My first attempt at making an ally manifold, made the trumpet radius' with a plunge router

Had it going, sounded unreal but the turbo was restricting the exhaust too much so i bought a td06 sl2 and couldnt get it to fit so i cracked the sads. Sold the blower and am one day going to setup the single turbo with the new engine and run 30psi and be done with it

The car is stripped ready to prep the engine bay etc
I'm sick of moving the car from house to house so I'm pulling my finger out and getting it done.
Have all of the suspension, swaybars, springs, diff, crossmember etc getting blasted by a mate so I can respray it all
Have done all the ball joints, steering rack mounts and all bushes nolathane.
It's all wired apart from the keyless entry.
Diff is hopefully gonna be an altra 9 28spline true trac type in the standard housing with a strengthened torque tube.
Changing the rear brakes to be V8 disc.
Changing the front to VT as
Recoed a 5 speed that's ready to go.
Mark was grouting up the block this week so hopefully we will be screwing an engine together soon.
I sold a shitload of spare parts so I have the coin to get a bit moving.
Will post some updates and hopefully someone can post some pics for me.
    Cheers H

Haven't been on here for 10 years it feels like.
Can you post pics without hosting them as I don't have a hosting thing anymore.
So can't remember where I got to but I custom built a full house grouted g200 with an altered rod ratio etc.
On E85 running in tune with gate boost and no timing she pulled 387hp atw.
It's just been painted and will be assembled next week.
Need to get a few ks on the engine and the clutch and then we will wind in the timing and up the boost to 40psi and see if the gearbox stays in the car.

You can just use Imgur to host the pics. Go to imgur, click 'new post' at the top of the page, then browse to or drag and drop your photos. Below is a guide if you need which also shows you how to do it via the mobile app (if photos are on your phone).

Having a fast FWD is like coming out of the closet. Sure you will surprise some people but in the end, everyone knows you're gay.
