    Default how big is your intercooler, outlet and inlet pipe size, is it tube and fin or bar an

    plate, manufacture, if you know the max psi, or hp rated.. i might need a bigger intercooler, currently 600mm x 250mm x 100mm bar and plate.

    tube and fin, Wagner competition line 600x300x90, max psi 45Psi, rated to 850 HP, inlet 2,5", outlet 3", running on a 480Hp EJ 2,35 at around 1,9 bar boost

    Are your intake temps too high ? are you running e85 or similar ?

    I have seen big some big HP numbers (800hp+) with 600 x 300 x 100
    Are You Jealous?
    Do you have a bad case of the green eyed monster? Or do you play it cool?
    You just got dusted by a maroon Rsliberty what do you do?
    1. Turn off at the next side street?
    2. Try to catch up and try again at the next set of lights?
    3. Give the wave and admit defeat?

    the cheap intercoolers are made in china, they dont flow and cool as good as the locally made coolers nor handle big boost, looking for a 100mm thick cooler.. elbow bent for the entry and exit,

    give Johnny Tig a call here in Adelaide, he does lots of cool, cooler stuff for BIG hp cars
    he wouldn't tell me where the cores come from when i asked, but has before and afters showing most of the china cores are actual crap.
