is it at all possible, just for fun to get a na liberty.

and along the line of what a turbo ie pressuring air to feed into engine.
rig up a electric motor that runs of the cars battery, to force air into the air intake.

    poor mans turbo hehe.

    just for fun.

getting closer to buying that rs everyday

Bloke at work has just bought a Electric Supercharger and fitted it to his Fulli Kitted 98 Celica.
Fan's it came with were only for 12v for 4 PSi of boost, so he's fitted a converter and replaced the Fan's with some Xeon CPU's fans that spin at 16,000rpm and is currently getting 8 PSi of boost on 24v, he going to upgrade to 36v soon to get it boostin at 12 PSi.
It's all a bit of a joke at work atm but he swears it works and has the Dyno result's to prove it.
Some of the sceptics at work are workin on their own version atm (amazing what left over computer bitz n pieces and shitloads of zip tie's can make  )

I'll try to get some piccy's next week of their creation and post em.

here's an idea, I've got compressed pure oxyen at work, how bout I seal my gx's air intake except for one inlet, run the bottle through a regulator and have it boosted to 10psi all the time.

For starters the air is about 10deg when it leaves the bottle due to it's compression in the bottle and I would easily pump whatever pressure I want in there.

Dunno how long a bottle would last though.

Sound's like a project  I can get more Fan's if you want them to force that pure O2 thru

a computer fan couldnt feed positive pressure to a lawnmower, so youd be wasting your time on a car, would be interesting to put 36v into a 12v motor and see what happens when bits of melted pc fan/motor get sucked into an angine.

get a weedeater garden blower and an inverter to run it. thatd do something.
Having a fast FWD is like coming out of the closet. Sure you will surprise some people but in the end, everyone knows you're gay.

i'm doubtful the fans could force enough volume of air into an engine...

haha reminds me of some thing i tried on my astra, used a hair dryer to push air into the intake pipe. didnt work, the car stalled it self cos the Air sensors went spastic.
but in theory itd kinda work at idle. good for launches haha
