slightly less lag, prob for looks and to make room for the serious amount of sh@# under there. that turbo looks like it would ingest a whole seagull.

I liked the way they had the cones layed out, orange to the right, blue/yellow to the left, so much easier than looking at a sea of cones that all look the same.....What a beast too.

Slightly of topic, but heres something for the Tassie Crew:

From the bottom of the page:
If you have any queries about parts or anything else regarding the car, ring Olly or Simon on 01455 828610 or look on the website www.rogerclarkmotorsport.co.uk

    !

Another point I thought that was rather interesting is that although there are a lot of aftermaket engine components listed as being used, he sticks with the Version4 heads (with aftermarket rings/gaskets).

that thing is wicked! amazing how far a 2.0L can be pushed when the right amount of $$$/time/effort/r&d is injected into it.

anyone download that 90mb video? shows some pretty good stuff.

looks like a modified early lib/ leg inlet manifold as well? i understand the principle behind the rotated inlet, but by fitting a slightly smaller core and making the outlets at the top they could have actually shortened the cooler piping length. alternatively you could have an up flow cooler, with the hot side going in the bottom and the cold out the top directly inline with the tb, just my thoughts though .
