Did you buy your wags from an old guy in Hobart?

One has gone missing from West Hobart recently.

Oh nice work mate, that thing looks awesome. The only thing as suggested by other members is to get yourself a new set of wheels and it will look even more awesome

Watched Eric Bana's "Love The Beast" last night, awesome doco.
This Wags sums up his idea that many cars go well beyond being just metal, plastic and rubber. They have real meaning, and meaning that other people often just don't understand.

Enjoy it and I hope you have many many happy years travelling together.

    Welcome to the fold!

Nice wagon! I have a soft spot for the Gen1 Ser1 Wagons!

What sort of wheels are you chasing for it? Aftermarket 18"?

Be warned... wheels aren't easy to find for the Subaru that have a friendly offset. Very easy
to buy wheels that look good, but scrub out the guards and cause endless misery!

Offset of about 48+ to about 55+ (original Subaru wheels would be ideal!) Would be the pick, and a massage of the guards with a guard roller and heat gun would be good insurance against panel damage!

    Happy motoring!

... And please fit an Alarm and Imobiliser to that thing... probably even before you fit the new wheels.

    Trust me on that one.

    +1 for original Subaru Wheels.
I have 2005 RS Impreza wheels (16s) on my GX. Got them with near new tyres for a reasonable price as the first thing everyone does with a new Subi is upgrade to bigger wheels. IMHO 16s or 17s are plenty big enough and heaps around. Just be careful with the latest shape impreza I think they changed stud patterns or something.
